Project work is additionally governed by the proposal, statement of work or agreement signed for that engagement, which takes precedence in case of conflict.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it or its underlying systems.

Content on this website is provided for general information. Descriptions of services, timelines and engagement models are indicative; binding scope, pricing and timelines are set out in a written proposal or agreement.
3. Intellectual property
The NeverLoops name, logo, website design and content are owned by NeverLoops Software and may not be reused without written permission. Client project names, logos and screenshots are shown with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Client engagements
- Work begins once a proposal or agreement is accepted and any agreed advance is received.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final source code and deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment.
- Third-party costs (hosting, domains, licences, paid APIs, app store fees) are borne by the client unless stated otherwise.
- Both parties keep each other’s confidential information private, and we sign NDAs on request.
5. Third-party links
The website may link to external sites, including client websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
6. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverLoops Software is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.
